Building bridges between university students and the professional world.
During my MBA at the University of Zurich (lic.oec.publ. in 2001), I was a board member of AIESEC Zurich. I facilitated internships for students from around the world. In this role, I promoted leadership qualities and skills among young talents on an international level.
Facilitating European transformation processes.
With my MBA I kicked off my career in Organisational Development with Zurich Insurance. Over many years, I led European teams to streamline corporate processes, integrating SAP and a Pan-European online insurance solution. Establishing concepts and chairing C-Level workshop were key elements of facilitating these transformation processes.
Enabling myself to deepen my knowledge in communication.
I decided to furtherly focus on my passion and strengths and joined a CAS in Communications at MAZ in 2001, the Swiss School for Journalism, to deepen my knowledge in rethorical and presence skills.
Bridging my passion with competence.
Since then, as a freelancer, I establish tailormade communication trainings for presence, presentation techniques and moderation - for individuals, groups as well as for teams. Clients range from young talents to executive leaders.
Enabling individuals to thrive.
In 2018 I joined the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen (ES-HSG) as Head of CAS in Management. Leading this programme with all its factettes, I especially enjoyed offering our participants the trustworthy environment to learn, grow and be equipped to move on to their desired next career step.
All the above, including my journey through the International Executive Coaching Certificate at IMD, shaped my personality and reenforced my dedication to support individuals and teams to thrive towards their full potential.
Next to the above, I live an active life with my family and am a passionate as a singer and presenter in the band Souljam.
