«To see clearly, it is often enough to change the direction of your gaze.»

 (Antoine de Saint-Exupery)

Let me begin with a word of gratitude: Throughout my career, I often had the opportunity to change my perspective. In Burgdorf, I attended a high school focusing on linguistics and recognised a unique opportunity to pursue my interest in languages. Curiosity.

During my high school year as a foreign exchange student in San Francisco, I had the opportunity to experience personal growth and gain valuable life experiences. As a young person, I came to understand that there are many other places in the world where people like me live, some with similar daily lives and others with vastly different ones. This realization helped me appreciate the diversity of perspectives in the world. Furthermore, I came to appreciate the fact that there is more to life than just my home country, Switzerland. Diversity of perspectives.

I studied economics at the University of Bern and afterwards had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of political science while studying abroad in France as an Erasmus student. It was an enriching experience as it allowed me to gain a fresh perspective on my chosen fields of study. Variety.

My work as a nurse's aide, which I was able to do alongside my studies, satisfied my need for interaction and social contact, combined with meaningful activity. I was impressed by both the staff and the residents, who used their resources to create a dignified and humane everyday life. I realised that communication, curiosity, initiative, mutual support and development are elements that also drive me in a business environment. Turning a page.

My career has given me valuable insights into different industries, companies, functions and countries. I started out in an exciting sales role in retail, but my goal was always to move into an HR role. Change of direction.

Throughout my career as an HR professional, I have gained valuable experience working in various industries. I started in an industrial manufacturing company and then worked for three different international healthcare companies. In these roles, I successfully managed and supported change and integration projects, developed talent and performance management programs, trained managers in these areas, and acted as a trusted sparring partner to my clients. Coaching.

During my time at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), I worked to represent the interests of Swiss ambassadors in the Swiss network abroad in the spirit of "Swissness". Reorientation.

Which direction would you like to go in? Let's work together to create a clear, transparent, and trustworthy vision. I look forward to meeting you!
